我感冒了，昨天聖誕節在水裡面就覺得不舒服。開車回家覺得不太好。到家睡三個小時，工作回來八點睡到今天早上十點半起床。有比較好但是昨天只有吃三個橘子，一個香蕉而已。真的感冒很麻煩，我的身體沒有跟以前年輕的一樣。要休息！

誰說衝浪隊的經理不會衝浪，RVCA 的衝浪經理 Punker Pat Towersey 會衝浪也會衝很大的浪，比方說 The Wedge。我記得 2004 一個大的 SW Swell 到了，The Wedge 非常大，只有他在水裡面衝浪。真的很厲害。
